The Office occupies the 42-storey Nord Star Tower close to the business heart of Moscow. The glass and aluminium postmodern building dominates the skyline and is distinctive for its circular central tower topped by a helipad. Completed in 2009, it is by far the most impressive skyscraper in the district and the aura of quality continues inside. The Office is close to the famous Central Moscow Hippodrome horse racing and breeding facility and not far from the retail hub of Tverskaya Street. It is convenient for public transport, with Begovaya metro station within a short walk and easy to find by car off the Third Transportation Ring. Moscow is increasingly home to service industries such as software development, but is still a major industrial centre.
